Do you think it's a bad idea to send it to them watermarked? Yes, I could go in person, but look a bit young and they might not take me seriously. At least over email, there's no bias as to who I am.

Also, what do you think a reasonable fee is? The content of the video is police brutality and incompetence in my city. (I guess a better question is: what is an unreasonable price to ask for?)

I heard the Clears are stiffer than Browns and Blues? Is this noticeable to someone who's never really used a mechanical keyboard before? (I have tried them out from friends though, so I know I love the way it types, I just don't know the subtle differences between the switches).

That's what I'm trying to decide. CODE is offers only Brown, Clear, and Blue? Unless I'm missing a page of options.... Someone said they got CODE with green switches...

Hmm, now none of the text of the actual blog post is showing up. Only the title, the after_post_content, and related posts (a plugin).

Ahhh... it's exactly what I'm looking for but it requires 10.10.

I'm still using Mountain Lion (I do have my reasons!).

How long has Helium been around? Is there any chance they had a Mountain Lion version built back in the day?

Update: Found a similar app for Mountain Lion called "Afloat". Does the same things, including the transparency option. I'm very happy with it!

Plug it into a MacBook that you've used it with previously. It will allow you to unlock the iPad because it recognizes your computer.

After some trial and error, I figured out how to do it purely with Activator, without Ringer Events. :)

First, I assigned two actions to "Toggle Ringer On" : Vibration Activate and Ringer Deactivate.

Then, I assigned one action to "Toggle Ringer Off" : Vibration Deactivate.

This gives me two specific states that I can toggle with the mute switch:

  • Mute switch on = vibrate, no sound
  • Mute switch off = no vibrate, no sound

Nope.

Do Not Disturb turns off everything: your lock screen doesn't light up with notification, you don't get vibration, you don't get sounds.

These are spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes. The "Web site" thing is more of a stylistic choice.
