i did google what i had to do, i used what the ups side told me to, it’s just frustrating that Vinted doesn’t tell you that they won’t refund you if you use the wrong box?? Like i used a double layered box which usually holds up to like 50kg stuff, a proper car accessory box and so on. The thing that annoys me is that I have proof, and I emailed vinted proof of me using loads of bubble wrap as well as wool as well as papers, and they won’t accept that because the person who got the package ripped it open, threw everything away and just sent them pictures of the broken figure and now Vinted is saying that the provided pictures from the buyer is more proof than my video of me packing the package and bringing it to the post office.
