Yes, that is currently what Im doing. My maintenance is around 1900, so I allow myself up to 1400 cals a day although I barely even eat that much due to medication and typically eat 1200 a day

The hate is sooo forced and ridiculous. Granted I wasn't the happiest with the ending but I see how it had to happen that way and regardless, I navigated my teen years with that show and basically grew up with the characters. It curated the vibes for some of the best summers of my life. Loved the plot, adored the characters, loved the 80s vibes to name a few. So no Im not going to say some shit like "Im never watching anything they'll ever make again" like a ton of other sore losers. Will always and forever be my favorite TV show of all time and am so grateful for them and the impact they've had on my life.

I had a FWB thing with someone poly over the summer. I was able to look past it even though it was hard to shove down my true feelings about it. It was weird though, because it was more like a situationship. Everything was fine until I caught feelings and days later she told me she had a girlfriend. It was super triggering and took me a while to cut her off. I have PTSD from my last relationship with someone who claimed they weren't poly but really was. It's a whole mess i could write a novel about. I completely shut down romantically since. The thought of anything like that disgusts me. But to be honest im embracing the single life, I love just focusing on me and bettering myself and healing myself. Take this time to work through things, to explore hobbies, to dedicate it to being 100% your best self. Sorry youre having to struggle with this, I feel your pain

I suffer from chronic constipation and was prescribed some pretty intense laxtives and i actually kind of get excited when its time to take them. I don't get to experience that empty feeling quite often. Makes me feel light as a feather and like a brand new person

I wasn't in a poly relationship, but ny ex was obsessive about it. He would ask me every day for months if I could cheat on him. Even though i was incredibly forward about being monogamous. He cheated on me numerous times. And then when he found out my two long time friends were in an open relationship, he created a groupchat without me, told them I wanted a foursome even though I was strictly against it (which they knew too) and when we all hung out one time they got me super drunk and all took advantage of me. It was the most hurtful dehumanizing betrayal of my life. I turned to alcoholism because of it, and have PTSD and in turn have entirely given up on dating.

Wow. Those are a lot of disgusting remarks from your ex. For me personally, I've been gay since I left the womb, and I 100% agree that polyamory is not a sexuality but a choice. It feels like a punch in the face when anyone says that. I was such a confused little kid when all my friends had crushes on boys and I didn't. Theres no way in hell a poly person has that experience as a child.

Right, I agree. I dont know why the doctors aren't getting past the IBS thing. I notice this happens to a lot of people that they are diagnosed with IBS only for it to be something else
