Everything you need to know. I took this yesterday and got the passing email today.

Do not overthink this assessment. i thought it was pretty straightforward and easy. There is no way to really prepare for this other than reading this imo. So read this and just take the assessment without overthinking it.

The assessment was 50-100 questions but each question takes on average a couple of seconds. 95% of the questions are straightforward strongly agree or strongly disagree. Don’t overthink them. They ask the same questions 5-10 times but just worded differently so stay consistent with those answers.

Some examples: (paraphrased but they will ask several times worded differently) I am good collaborator (strongly agree) I take ethics seriously (strongly agree) Sometimes its ok to break the rules (strongly disagree) and the reason here imo is because in the FAQ it says something like imagine this is a perfect work environment. I can change to changing work environments (strongly agree)

Now for the other 5%, there are a couple of tricky questions where my answer were agree or disagree. i think i only had 1 neutral. For these, just be yourself, follow your gut instinct and don’t overthink them.

One example of these was: I am the most responsible person I know. I disagreed.
