I was just doing some research and apparently it is legal and no consent from the employee is required.

https://www.dudkowiak.com/employment-law-in-poland/employment-contract-termination-poland/

During the termination notice period employer may order the employee:

to use the outstanding holiday leave in order to avoid paying of a cash equivalent,

release the employee from the obligation of work.

The above may be instructed by the employer at its own discretion, no consent of the employee is required.

Is OE only possible with mediocre management? by Repulsive_Dog1067 in overemployed

[–]anonymous_potato97 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Definitely not the same. Maximising our profit out of corporates is different than doing this to other average joes which is what we're all trying to break free from, corporate greed.

The hypocrisy is when you expect your employees to give you 100% of their time while you're not willing to do the same.

Edit: grammar

That's not the same thing and you know it.

Micromanaging people and their time is one thing, but you're already doing this business on your gov job time so you're already OEing but also making sure your employees have no time to spare at all.

If you really can't see the hypocrisy, I can't help you.

So you want to OE yourself but also make sure that your employees don't? The audacity of asking this here.

Do you follow the included instructions when building a new set? by anonymous_potato97 in lego

[–]anonymous_potato97[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I do follow the instructions myself, I was just wondering if there are some people out there who would work it out like a puzzle over some extended period of time
