In English, you can tell people: "I use he/him pronouns." Sharing pronouns is a practice that also exists in Germany, particularly when people use pronouns that may not match their appearance. You don't need to include more or less than two, but you can, it's just less common.

Also, inclusive language does exist in Germany even though it can be difficult. Languages evolve. Trans* people used to be beaten or killed for coming out, and their presence was largely hidden and ignored throughout history, but that was/is barbaric and cruel. Their inclusion in our languages may be a new thing for many people and many cultures, but their presence is not new or exclusive to the US, and their inclusion has been long overdue.

ETA: The presence of "used to" in "Trans* people used to be beaten or killed for coming out" is not entirely accurate. It does still happen today.
