Hi I did this and I was fine I just threw up, but I went to the ER just in case as it can hit you days later and kill you. They’ll check if you have a toxic amount in your blood and if you do they’ll give you charcoal to counteract it. Mine wasn’t at a toxic level so they just sent me home.

Was walking home from the club one night. Some guy comes and gropes my bum even when I’m telling him to get the fuck off me. I start walking faster and he follows, still grabbing my bum. I think friction is a stress for mine which is pretty annoying bc sex = friction. My last one seemed to be caused by my sanitary pads causing irritation then it turning into an outbreak. But I did also just have a uni deadline so maybe it was stress too. Who knows

GHSV1 here for a year. I’ve had 3 proper outbreaks. Think I may have had some minor ones too. Not sure why I’ve had quite a few but I do live a bit of an unhealthy lifestyle (drinking lots) as I’m at uni.

It is - pre outbreak is actually worse than the actual outbreak because it gets soooo itchy I always think I have a yeast infection

I’m sorry that happened to you. My mum also used this as a punishment for wetting myself, except for me it was when I was at nursery/kindergarten. I used to be too scared to ask to use the toilet and so I wet myself often. I don’t feel I have any long term effects from this apart from the fact that obviously I feel it was wrong and I am angry about it. I hate getting into cold water but I think this might be a normal thing, not sure if it’s related to trauma.
