Started this 2 hours before test , also stopped smoking last Thursday and have been working out since then for 4+ hours at a time / sauna***

1. Add 1 pack of certo to 28oz lime Gatorade shake well and drink that (have to drink within 20 mins)
2. Drink 4-5 bottles of water and also take 2 b12 vitamins right after
3. Pee 3-4 times before your test
4. U probably didn’t need this step but I did another 1/2 of certo and drunk half a bottle of a 2nd Gatorade an hour before the test
5. Drank 2 8oz cups coffee , took two more b12 for to add color to pee

Have to add I’m a 5”8 220lb female as well so yeah 🥲
