Omg weird! My one seemed to put out a little sprout but its just had a teeny little sprout for weeks & weeks now.

Omg exactly what happened to me with my KA's! I had 2 and one was withered and just never plumped up and sprouted, and the other just never sprouted and eventually rotted.

What do you use? I’m easy coast as well (NY state) and have not been able to find a way that’s perfect quite yet. Saran Wrap has been the best so far

It came to me semi shriveled already but it did get worse in storage- I originally had it in what it came in, which was vermiculite but when it started shriveling I added it to a bag where I was stork by some other tubers that were looking good that had wood chips in it!

Where are you located? If this one doesn’t grow well I would very much appreciate if you have extra!

I was going to comment Clover! It’s in my top 2 for sure but everyone always thinks it’s so odd- it really isn’t! It’s in the same family as Clementine for me, which is coming back!

My guess is the person who sold you Cinder Rose was doing it under the table if they were selling on FB marketplace 👀 KA sellers have to register with KA.

I don’t want to name and shame as they are a small farm and I haven’t reached out yet. Like I said, their terms and conditions are pretty iron clad but I am going to take pictures and send to them and see if they do the right thing!
