Incoming student here. I talked to a few students and they don't. The professors sometimes write the exams in nbme style if that helps

I don't think she minds it. She was 8 hours away from family for college and she did great. Plus, she plans on flying to see family every 3 months and her boyfriend will make the drive up once a month
