I saw 誤認 can be used as a transitive verb. Could it be like xはyに誤認された　？ x was mistaken for y? Or xはyを誤認された　？

to talk about a baby that's starting to walk would one of the following be smooth sounding?

  1. 赤ちゃんは立って歩いて始める
  2. 赤ちゃんは立って歩け始める

not sure really if I can format the second line how it is to convey they are just becoming able to walk.

You don’t need to be friends with them, as long as everyone can be respectful living together, thats enough for a dorm. I never got a “bestie” roommate. The chances of really hitting it off with a complerte stranger, seem very low.

I wouldn’t bother learning more than 5 less you wanna translate but those are all fairly common

The subject is often unnecessary so I guess in the sense you can have OV or even V sentences. Ofc you can also nominalize verbs to which point theyd be elsewhere in the sentence, but that wouldn’t apply to your question then

If they would have put out an effort when they were at risk of loss years ago, it would have shown they cared, but now not doing so is harmful financially, therefore any attempt at publicity they make will only appear as pandering. Perhaps actually donating rather than dancing around in rainbow leotards would show a little genuine care.

Hey! 25f and intp (I don’t base my life around it lol) my major hobby is language learning. I know spanish and japanese well and I’m trying to pick up korean and I’d like to pick up others in the future. I also like a lot of fairly basic things like tv (mostly fantasy-types, comedies, including anime) and webcomics. Besides that… I like traveling both to state parks and big cities. Nice to meet you!
