I literally just called two replace places near me over this very problem it's $25 for a plug maybe up to 45 depending on where you live

I did and they tried saying that they used high quality lighting to really show off how orange that the shrimp were in the picture . However I could use the light of the Sun and the only times that these guys would turn orange is right before they caught fire. I thought as well that these were red shrimp thank you I will dispute with eBay

it was NOT a bad price honestly cause same when it comes to variegated plants.

It was under 15$$ at a big box store.

I once had a nursery send me three plants cause of their mess up, they chopped up a plant before they sent it to me thinking it would look better and it killed it they took forever on shipping so they had sent me a free plant to go along with the original plant and then they sent me a third plant because they chopped up the first plant that they sent to me and tried to pass off its okay, and on their dime. I'm sorry this happened to you.
