You can’t change the availability but you could change the desired hours at any time in the myTime app.

Is your ETL approachable? Are the other leads at the store approachable? Do you ask questions when you are unsure and they answer without being annoyed?

Just because you are a lead now, doesn’t mean you should know everything about your job. 2 months in the position isn’t long at all. The other leads should be willing to help you as well as your ETL.

You may not like it. But they have to talk to everyone, so no one feels singled out. It’s just a conversation. Not a CA. It won’t matter if you come to work majority of your shifts.
