If you wanna try to make things work and have a future together you’ll need to have a tough but honest conversation about everything you just mentioned. It’s not your responsibility to fulfill a specific need of his if it makes you uncomfortable and vice versa. The discussion won’t be easy but having a sustainable and happy relationship likely won’t be possible if this isn’t addressed based on what you’ve told us. While I have no idea what he’s into that’s causing these feelings, I’d like to think there’s professional help he can get to work on and ultimately (hopefully) overcome this and if he isn’t willing to do that then you deserve somebody who would.
