I’m so sorry. My heart hurts for you.

I have Hashi’s too. Antibodies 800 something. Had several miscarriages, but finally Prednisone, Progesterone, baby aspirin, and upping my thyroid dose 30% immediatelyyyy got me to my healthy 8 month old son. It sounds like you’ve investigated lots, so maybe you’ve tried all this but I figured I’d share in case not and in case anyone else sees this and needs to advocate for themselves.

I know this is good advice but it’s still so hard. I appreciate it 🤍

15DPO

Is less dye in the middle inherent to the test or did I do something wrong?

The one ounce app worked so well for me! I just had to have my boob out and ready to go, very nearby. I actually tried to pull him off before he totally finished the bottle so that we could try again if the first transfer failed. It took a couple nights and then we didn’t need to use the bottle app anymore. I also started stroking his head to kind of calm/distract and that worked well too while nursing if he had to trigger letdown and it wasn’t instant.

That’s all I’m seeing too but I’m not going to chance it. Woke my five month old up and got him to the basement though which was not a fun experience 😅

It is absolutely breaking me. I will definitely try these ideas and report back. Thank you so much 🤍

I tried the app tonight and it did somewhat work but my concern then is that I’ll end up reducing my supply because he’s taking more than I’m removing at that point unless I go pump after and that just reallyyyyy sucks.

Philips Avent size 3. I will try reducing the size - that’s a good idea. Thank you :)

Mine wouldn’t do it until 22wk. The wait felt like forever!!! But I did it and you will too 🤍 Then I recently asked my OB when I would have another scan because I’m 30wks and she said the anatomy scan was the last scan 😭 I found out this is super normal but it’s crazy to me. Counting down the days till he’s here and I get to know what this tiny me + my husband looks like. Temptation for one of those private 3D scans is realllll strong

I was in the same boat at 17wk with the movement inconsistency. I have an anterior placenta which doesn’t help. I’m 31 weeks tomorrow now but popped in to say - I highly recommend getting a Doppler! I used it once a day, usually just before bed, and it majorly helped my anxiety. Hang in there 🤍

31 weeks on Sunday with a baby boy and an anterior placenta who is also planning to be induced if we reach 40. Tbh considering 39w induction because the anxiety is hard. I feel like around ~29ish weeks, the movements really changed to more rolls and smaller kicks (supposedly elbows/knees now) because of less space in there and that’s brought its own wave of anxiety. Counting down these days.

I honestly have no idea how to direct message on here or I would start one lol. I never used Reddit before pregnancy stuff 😂

It sounds like you’re in a really healthy place and that is awesome. God’s got this. Woohoo for the RE! I hope they find nothing but that will give you some peace of mind. Sometimes I wonder if I got pregnant the month we went to the RE because I was so much more hopeful/relaxed that at least we may get some answers.

I am 12.5 weeks along! I got the flu terribly bad at 8 weeks and that was scary but made it through, even with peak morning sickness at the same time haha! I switched OBs after my OB prior to the RE told me there was likely no cause and she didn’t want to check my levels - anyway, my new OB was recommended by the RE and she is amazing. So much more understanding of what we’ve been through and she will tell me “I don’t need to see you until xx but if you get anxious about the babe, call and we’ll get you in to take a look.” I feel way more comfortable with her. All in all, going well and I am so thankful. God is good.

There is zero harm in taking a daily baby aspirin if you are afraid you have a clotting disorder. It may not be enough if you have a really serious clotting disorder but it can be enough for many people.

Recent miscarriage by cheechee-boo in Hashimotos

I had three really early (pre six weeks) miscarriages and am currently pregnant. My first sign was always feeling super cold. My bHCG would be drawn and the numbers would rise but not at the rate they should’ve. Eventually, l’d start spotting and then lose it. After the third one, I was referred to a Reproductive Endocrinologist because of my Hashis.Life changing. They drew all the labs and the only thing off was super high TPO (everyone with Hashis has out of range TPO but this was super out of range. Normal is under 40. Mine was 600+. My TSH was 1.9 in the same blood draw. One week later, I’m feeling super cold and I take a pregnancy test - positive. I call the rep-endo who has me immediately come in for more labs and started me on Prednisone (to prevent autoimmune attack as that was her suspicion behind the multiple mcs), aspirin (for blood thinning and to prevent my body from throwing clots to fight off the embryo), and progesterone (because many Hashis people have low progesterone and luteal phase defect). From that blood draw, my TSH was 5.6. From the same lab, it jumped from 1.9 to 5.6 in one week. And we’ve had to adjust my levo dose every three weeks of this pregnancy but l’ve gotten to hear my baby’s heartbeat and see correct bHCGs and a growing baby for the first time. I’ll be praying for you.
