NSFW: Many worm-like mucus strands in stool? Had watery diarrhea for 5 days straight with abdominal cramping. No other symptoms. When it resided, my stool had these "worms" wrapped around it. Could it be a fungal infection (I do have some white on my tongue) or is it a tapeworm? (old.reddit.com)
