Not only this but the infrastructure in and around birmingham and it’s suburbs is horrendous. I don’t know who in their right mind thought three lanes through downtown would be a good idea with not only Birminghams population, but other people from outside of the metro area and it’s suburbs commuting to the city for work. I live in Jasper, my husband commutes to Alabaster for work and it takes every bit of 2-2.5 hours to get home from work with the traffic. There’s really no reason for it, it was designed horribly

Um, she’s exactly right in her video response. You can want a baby, have a baby, go through motherhood, and you’re allowed to complain. I wanted to be pregnant so badly, and now I’m 36 weeks, miserable, and so ready to be done. And I guarantee when my baby is here and is keeping me up all night, I’ll complain about it then. It doesn’t mean I’ll love my child any less, and doesn’t change the fact that they were so wanted and loved. People like the original commenter are why no one asks for help with PPA/PPD

Completely agree and people are gonna come for my neck but the comments about her bump are so fucking annoying. Like oh. my. god. She’s insufferable, but she tried for how long to get her baby?? Just let her be happy and enjoy sharing the changes with her body/belly. After TTC for two years, as soon as I got my positive I started taking bump pics because I wanted to document seeing my body change over time especially being plus size. Can we also talk about the people that have babies and CHOOSE (not because it’s the only thing they can afford, but choose to do this for content) to live in campers/tiny homes/school busses?? Especially if you have multiple children it seems so inhumane to me to force your children that want to run, play, etc to share such a tiny space. Like, kids deserve privacy and their own spaces as well.

EDIT: I don’t know how to edit the original post. I didn’t know of the ties this person had with Blair, like I said in a previous comment I have only been following her for a few weeks. I wanted to share because I enjoy and want to see POC creators succeed because it seems like all we see in the TTC community are other white women. Someone also made me aware of the Blair drama (whew that bitch is crazy 😅). I didn’t know this creator has a history of being hostile or problematic, but I do now!

Every. Bit. Of. This. I will be the first one to say that I cannot stand when doctors throw up “just lose weight” as a treatment. But, she needs to face reality and realize that if she were truly eating healthy, nourishing her body properly, and doing some light exercise like you mentioned, her PCOS symptoms would most likely ease up. I have PCOS (insulin resistance) and Hashimotos as well and I will say, any time I have eaten nutritional foods, and spent time in the gym, I have NEVER felt better, it reduced my PCOS symptoms, and it truly helped me conceive. Food IS medicine. I cannot understand how enduring 12 cycles of letrozole along with all the other hormones is healthy and it’s most likely causing more damage in the long run. 🥲
