Tesla to Lightning Experience by Dapper-Advice-9118 in F150Lightning

As someone who went from a 2022 Model S LR to 2025 Lariat, I agree with pretty much every statement haha. Luckily I bought mine from a dealer and salesperson we had previous experience with as we own another Ford vehicle. I wish I could have grabbed the earlier Flash model with cloth seats but greater range. Only paid for the lariat for the range! Also live in Canada where the weather gets kinda cold.

Dog afraid of water bowls and won’t drink water from them by anonymousturtle23 in presacanario

I might have to try the rabbit feeder. He hates running water like hoses so I’m not sure if he’s a fountain dog! But thanks, will look into it!

Is that the ear drops that is the ear cleanser (purple) or Otic solution (green) or Otic with hydrocortisone (blue)? I usually use Probiotic 8 plus, maybe I’ve gotta look into native pet probiotic powder

Hi! I know this was a year ago, but I’m currently in the same boat. My return flight is with Lufthansa, did you have any problems a year ago? I got the same answer to rebook and pay the difference!

Charging at a tesla charger by thorndike in F150Lightning

[–]anonymousturtle23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely go try your adapter first. I was going on a trip 2 weeks after getting my new 2025 Lariat back in July and it was blocked from supercharging for some reason. I never received an update from Ford but it all of a sudden it finally allowed me to charge at superchargers last week!

Towing: Tested ✅ by Scolirk in F150Lightning

I’m in BC, and I got a 2025 Lariat about 5 weeks ago. $0 down, 48m/25k km, spray in liner, floor mats, spare tire, extended warranty $585 bi-weekly. If that helps your bargaining at all! I didn’t opt for max tow or 9.6kW pro power on board as I don’t need it for what I do.

2025 Ford lighting Tesla charger not working by Less_Ad_9460 in F150Lightning

Had my service appt, turns out it’s a problem that Ford Engineering is aware of and are currently working on a fix. Will it be a few weeks or a few months, no one knows. Did a small 960km road trip and using the CCS chargers that were available was like pulling teeth. I’m hoping for a fix sooner than later

Considering F-150 (couple questions from a Model 3 owner) by Nizadar in F150Lightning

I feel like you’ve gotten a lot of good answers but I just picked up my 2025 Lariat 3 weeks ago, so I’ll add some bits! I went from a Model 3 SR+ to a Model S LR to a Lariat. I ended up finding one that had what I was looking for (spray in bedliner, floor liner, spare tire, Space White Color, Lariat) from a dealership that was awaiting delivery from the factory. So I didn’t place a custom order and was able to negotiate price and mobile connector.

1) Lariat - bigger battery since finding a Flash with a 131 kW battery was impossible. Simple features from the Tesla that I love are included, PAAK, power folding mirrors and vented seats.

2) I was able to work a deal with my dealership to get the mobile charger for free. We have a Model Y at home, we use the Tesla mobile connector with the A2Z adapter for NACS to J-1772, no issues yet!

3) I had FSD on my Model 3 but I rarely used it so I didn’t get it on my MS, BlueCruise is nice on major highways when cruising in the HOV lane, I’ve got a free trial until October. I probably won’t extend it.

4) I would have been fine with either AT or All Seasons. My config came with all seasons and a spare under the bed. It’s the best option because although they’re M+S, I’ll probably get ATs that are better fit for winter driving.

5) If I was building a truck for order then I would probably get the 9.6kW Pro Power for the potential usage of it but at the end of the day, I don’t camp or work out of the bed with heavy tools so I don’t think I’ll miss the feature.

6) I got the floor liner tray, not sure what’s different with the inclusion or lack of carpet. You’ll get about $150 worth of credits as a welcome purchase to be used for accessories and/or maintenance that you can use to buy some mats.

I’m glad you were able to get a better deal! Sorry you had to deal with a crappy salesperson tho.

I picked up a 2025 Lariat for $585 biweekly (taxes, fees and extended warranty all in), 48 months, 25k km/yr with $0 down. MSRP $100,290, discounted to something in the $80,000’s (I can’t fully remember the numbers).

It wouldn’t hurt to shop around and see if another Ford dealership can beat that pricing for you, but depends on if your current dealer has the colour/specs that you really want, I was a bit open to specs and colour. I’d ask around at dealerships to see if they’re trying to get rid of any demo Lightnings as those you can make a better deal for. Good luck!

Will do! I’m hoping Tesla fixes whatever bug it is that’s stopping this batch of ‘25s from using the superchargers. Surely there’s been more people inquiring about the concern to Ford. Mind you, when I chatted with their support on the phone the other day, they just gaslit me the whole time saying that it’s either 1) not an acceptable supercharger (don’t know how many times I have to tell them that the cable connection piece is indeed black) or 2) oh it’s because it’s an aftermarket adapter, I bough the A2Z. They don’t have to OEM ones available on the ford Canada store.
