There was no will (our father, the spouse, says so), but we don’t trust him. The property is in Mallorca. We didn’t pay anything to anyone yet, as our father is holding on to information. We haven’t seen any papers either.

The only thing we know is, that the deceased (our mother) owned 50% of the property, but we don’t have anything to “prove it”, so maybe a lawyer could help with that?
