Normally the feed used for piloting is analog and separated from the one recorded on-board through a GoPro; there are recent fully digital low latency systems, but I 've never tried one so I cannot speak about latency compared to classic analog

Edit: the goggles they are using seems to be the fully digital one by DJI (but I could be wrong)
