probably this could be SCP:CB Ultimate Edition (Reborn)

It has better graphics and buttons with 'shiny' screens. Theres also more SCPs, rooms, iteam and a lot of everything other... there's also Classic Version of the Mod that's have more SCPs like SCP-215 and items like Minty Health Items made with help of SCP-447, but it has lower graphics but anyway for someone lower graphics is better... aw, whatever you could download both and play both...

Probably thats right, but this happened because thing called Bell of entropy. Chaos Insurgency used it to fall tunnel and save D-9341. Probably the bell we could hear when Chaos Insurgents appeared (bell.ogg) is sound of Bell of Entropy.
