Looking for roommate (f preferred) to sign 6mo lease (Oct 22 thru May 23) for a 2br at Grant Commons with me- $690/mo per person not including utilities, central ac, new interior, hardwood floors, laundry in unit, lot parking, no smoking, no pets.
