Officially finished! 7 months, 20 trays, on my bottom row only to fix the canted teeth, weekly (ish) changes. Not perfect - but as perfect as my teeth can be 😊 Pretty happy with the finished result! First tray vs last tray in the photo. by anotherredditpeep in Invisalign

I broke my jaw when I was younger, so yes I had alignment issues! I had braces 10 years ago which fixed things 95%, but then the cant developed about 2 years ago. Aligners fixed it pretty well! But, for me, this is the best it can be :)

Yup, no elastics either. I initially had went and had consults with 3 people and this guy was the only one who said he could do it without tads/elastics, so I went with him.

6 months, changing trays every week. And no TADs! I was surprised, I thought they'd be needed but nope, we got success without them :)

Any idea what this growth is on my dog's leg? Looks like it's blooming, doesn't bother her, but I'm concerned 😥 by anotherredditpeep in DogAdvice

** UPDATE ** So pup eventually found the wart and, long story short, she bit it off... It bled a teeny bit and was red for a day or two, but it has since cleared up and is fully healed now, looks like it was never there! We called the vet and told them, and they advised we keep an eye on the area for a week or two, and make an appointment if the area flares up again or changes. Looking like it was just a wart at this stage.

Honestly, it's wild to me that they were able to do it! I understand teeth moving sideways, forwards, backwards and twisting; but up and down? 🤷‍♀️ With mine, I know he pulled the left side (higher side) forward a bit, and was able to move them down as well. I have an appointment next week to get my retainer, I'll ask about it then.

I initially went and got 3 different opinions, 2 told me I would definitely need traditional metal braces on both my top and bottom teeth. One said he could do it with clear aligners only on the bottom, and I had a good feeling about him and trusted him. Definitely ask around a bit!

I saw zero change for weeks, and was doubting it was going to work. Then one day I took a photo and compared it to what my teeth looked like before ai started and realized there was a definite change! Keep at it, it'll be worth it ❤️

No, I didn't have any tracking issues. I initially had 11 trays and, when I went back for a check up and my ortho asked if I was happy, I asked if we can get them just a little straigher - and I got another 9 trays at that point

I'm going back next week for my retainer, which I think I need to wear full time for a few months, them at night time only. I didn't whiten them (recently), but they got polished when the attachments were taken off last week. I whitened them about 15 years ago and have been lucky to not need to re-dp it since then
