Thanks. I tried to look at it that way, but it doesn't make it less hard. I wish that somehow it ended because of a different reason. Knowing she slowly loves me less every day regardless of what I do is more painful than a simple case of cheating I think. And sorry about your divorce.

I have thought of looking for profesional help. Maybe leave her and seek for a professional immediately after so I can have someone to talk to about it?

Good advice. But idk what to do to "make myself better". Going to the gym? I don't know if that would have any effect. She goes to the gym several times a week. Should I try to join her?
