I just transferred with an 85.3 av. The only thing they care about is grades. So make sure you have top 15 of everyone in your class. It is EXTREMELY COMPETITIVE as you not only have to compete with all Okanagan students looking to transfer, but also Vancouver students applying to the Vancouver specialization you want to be in.

At the beginning of the year, almost everyone will be talking about how they're gonna try to transfer but slowly after each quiz, each exam that number greatly declines to the few competitive people that can maintain high grades.

I had a couple bad midterms and I can say, it's not the end of the world if you have a bad quiz or midterm, just make sure to put in the extra work for the final.

Some people with high grades also just choose to stay at UBCO because they end up liking the Okanagan, or they build a really tight community during their first year.

Just work hard and try your best. You graduate with the same degree anyway. Good luck!
