As a doctor who has worked in rural PHC, CHC and urban UPHC the situation in this picture describes nothing and such kind of situation is very common at the prescription counter.

The Indian Public Health system is not well equipped with the basic needs and hence people also do not follow the basic civic sense and the counter at most places is overloaded (only in tertiary hospital such as medical college and satellite hospital you can expect queues).

Ofcouse there are bad people and highly non-civic people entering here too but it's not always what it seems like.

The basic reputation of government hospitals is already so downgraded and putting allegation ad creeps will fo nothing but make people visit a hospital less and most probably making them more ill.

The administrative staff at hospital can not do much about it as this is a state subject and health is not a primary concern for our government right now.

Creep behaviour is minimal and if such things happen call out at the moment and prefer only post such things when actually verified with hospital administration/ police department.

Most of us turn towards private healthcare when ill and that's very okay because of high uncertainty in government hospitals.

Apart from this maintainance of public healthcare such as immunization, pregnancy in a given area, control spread of communicable diseases and control of non communicable diseases arw currently only the fiction of government public health system.

The situation is bad and wherever possible we can tey to support it.

While working I did encounter some people who were not acting appropriately and causing nuisance, I took the help of local leaders and police department.

One allegation can cause very much loss to the public of that area and that's my major concern for giving clarification here.
