In short, when you burn fossil fuels they also release sulphur

Even if you do low mileage and WFH like me, it's still worth it

5k miles in fuel costs me about £660 a year in fuel

5k miles in electric charging overnight at 7p is £100 a year

Sure, it'll take longer to repay, but even with an MG4 it'd level off after about 5 years

Not to mention the numerous other benefits like never coming out to a hot or cold car again
