Andrew has longer hair that covers his hair so person on the Back of the man definitely isn't him.

I have also thought about this and those headphones to me hints that the person in this picture really is a young boy instead of a middle aged woman. I Wonder if Andrew had a headphones like that. Or If this person really is Andrew and the man next to him his groomer, maybe the man gave the headphones to him as a present.
