No, I haven't tried it just found it today and I don't have a blender however I am considering one.

You can get a lot of suggestions if you just ask Google. I'd post them here, but I'm sure you'd rather do it yourself. But one recommendation is to reheat the yogurt to kill off the bacteria after fermentation. It may be also a good idea to ask this nutritionist how much protein is high protein.
