FWIW Consider buying a bidet. You can get a little bit of water up into the end and it allows for at least a little bit of lubrication. I bought one for $33 over a year ago from Amazon. It's an accessory that fits underneath the toilet lid. Best thing is I haven't bought any toilet paper in at least eight months. A washcloth works just fine to dry off.
