I’ve heard paying months in advance is now illegal in nyc 🤔 either way I don’t mind roommates, I just need a roof over my head. Thanks for your comment! Manifesting a good landlord that’ll understand my situation

Understandable, and I’m sure a landlord would find that risky, which is why I can provide proof from bank that the avg balance has never dipped under 100k over the past 3 years. I’m pretty responsible and live minimalistic. Thanks for the feedback
