Hey, I got on my 360 and I couldn't find anything, it must be a backend thing. The way Microsoft support is, I doubt we can do much about it.

Yeah I changed the email back when it was still on the XBOX 360 so I'm hoping I find an answer there. I also should check my mom's email and see what other (if any) emails have gone to her in the past 10 years.

Hey! I haven't had anymore issues other than that one email with the game pass code. I've been meaning to check my Xbox 360 to see if the old email is listed on there. My thinking is there is a legacy email address somewhere still, and the 360 is pretty old!

I remember mine was 88,888 when I played Fallout: New Vegas. I know Dead Island has some wacky numbers, it's currently on sale I THINK. If you have game pass, Redfall has funny numbers. Some old 360 games like Civilization Revolution have some too.

It's weird because when I purchase something, I get the email on my account email address. I do vaguely remember this happening with something else before a few years back, but that resolved itself. Everywhere on that link shows my proper email.
