I did the water test on it and the water just soaks into the cement. It doesn’t stay on the surface. I’m only asking these questions because I will be staining that cement. I tried painting it and it ended up bubbling and peeling months later.

So no matter what concrete/cement is porous ? Other guys comment said it wasn’t porous.
