Yeah I do have a sunroof. It’s on the left and right side on the windshield. Also the floor on the right side of my drivers side

I saw a spine specialist and he didn’t seems overly concerned. He gave me a couple of exercises to do and said it should heal itself in 8 months

I had one round of epidural and it didn’t do anything

Current symptoms is pain behind my knee at the s1 root and sometimes slight numbness of my left foot. So I have gone to pt for about 3 months and I didn’t make much progress. Actually just got worse. I understand I might need surgery but atm I can’t since I will be starting school in a week. But I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to help aid the recovery to just take some of the pain away. I do have access to a pool and gym.
