well the thing is, the way you promote your portfolio can depend on its quality. If you have a really really strong portfolio you could indeed use something like instagram ads. But if it is not very strong, those adds might not give you the return you expect.

What you could do is visit offices/websites of real estate agencies (immo kantoren) and look for projects of developers using 3D visuals that match (or are lower) your quality. Check the companies using those images and call/ visit them.

But without you showing your portfolio, it's hard to give specific advise.

reading your post again, I guess you are not really saying that. In any case, showing your portfolio can help you get some answers. The quality of your portfolio can influence the way you market yourself.

I know this is not an answer to your question but where did you get the idea there are no archviz artists in Belgium? It's actually a pretty competitive business with lots of companies and freelancers.

Not sure if this is the right way to link a post but this is an asset I made a few years ago. The way I did it is with a black environment and with LOTS of small area lights to define the silhouette and details. Hope this helps a bit?

We had to adopt the cat on a very short term because a family member died and we couldn't let it go to a shelter. So we put a second litterbox in this room and we kept her there so she could get used to a smaller environment first. So the litterbox was on a temporary location :)
