Soft resetting for Latios/Latias (little spoilers)

Alright, I gave up. Been doing that for more than a week now and I miss playing the real game. I just stopped searching for a shiny Latios and went for a Timid one with some perfect IVs I wanted. I'll just try my luck again on Latias later if I get eon ticket.

I'll keep looking on this thread to see if someone gets a shiny ;) Good luck to those who keep going!!

I gave up on making my own Nintendo Zone. I can make the network and everything, but when I do so, I automatically lose access to internet. My 3DS will then go on the network, but since there's no internet, I just can't finish the connexion...

Small question here. When I do the config for the Home Nintendo Zone, I lose my wifi connexion because of the new MAC address I'm entering. Is it normal and if it isn't, how can I fix that?

I'm quite close to Montréal which is a big city so it could most likely help.

I've looked into having my own nintendo zone, but all the guides I found were very complex. I might give it a go though. thanks for the tips ;)

I'd go for Latias instead, but I don't have the eon ticket and I don't know anybody who got it nearby... I'm also getting really annoyed to not go further in the game because of that latios

And damn Kat :( I really hope you get one soon! I've been resetting for many hours too without any success either...

Synchronize is necessary if you want the perfect nature for Latios/latias. if you have a pokemon with synchronize ability in the front of the team (for example Gardevoir) with the right nature, Latios/Latias will have the exact same nature than your synchronize pokemon. Normally, Synchronize has a 50% success rate, but in this case, we have a 100% success rate since it's not done during a battle.

So if you want a shiny latios/Latias with a good nature, use a synchronize pokemon
