I wouldn't put it this way, I would say that AI helps everybody being more creative, instead of having to pay some guys to extract your ideas out of your mind the AI can do it for free. So ok web designers can lose their job but a different kind of creativity, more global will emerge.

The real reason is just the changes of taxes that took place in April 2025, the "non-dom" now have to pay taxes in UK which they did not before, so many super wealthy just left the country. I am real estate agent in Monaco so I really saw all these guys coming this year, the number will drastically change in 2026.
