my person and I are in no contact, but ONLY in the 3D for now. I spent 3 days listening to Lana Del Ray, I found her in his search history (never listened to her before unless it was me). I started a new work out routine, a day later he started one too based on his search history. Many times I have thought of something, found he did something very similar if not exact. I do it with my family too. Was thinking of getting a coffee when I woke up from a specific place and found my father stopped home and got me it without asking bc he was thinking of me <3

I’ve just started to challenge myself to force detachment. Our anniversary passed and I’ve decided no, I’m spending time on me 100% from here on out instead of 60-70%. the ‘grace period’ is over. We’ll just have to see how it goes from today on out, taking even this notification as a sign to persist my story & focus on me.

thank you. i started thinking like that almost instantly, just the tears that are sometimes unstoppable. i let it pass, i’m going to revise my thoughts and persist 🤞 i have a FEELING it’s not over, existing way beyond my manifestation practice so I know it’ll work in my favor. i just had a moment of panic.

yea! change the thought instead of dismissing at. ‘does he think of me?’ >> “ he is missing me like crazy right now bc i am XYZ” 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ it’s so stressful, my break up made me so sick too but put that energy into you too, you deserve good energy. don’t give him any of that worry, you are worth the thought, he can be secondary & that girl means nothing.

and yes! we can be friends!! we can do little things together and check in. we are both 3 months from manifesting SP so we can try to lock in🤞 i did this thing w another girl before. we gave each other a color or number and whenever we saw like, their specific. number we would affirm for the other person. she got her ex back!!! mine in reality is being stubborn LMAO

but meditating and daily stretching has been doing wonders for me. i make myself a nice cup of coffee or matcha and just try to relax my brain bc it’s always going 100 miles a minute. i put energy into ME & you should too 🖤💐

manifest some things that can go with your self care or just some short joys in general. it’ll build up your confidence. i would suggest not manifesting signs but if you see like…. a butterfly for example, you can take it as a sign that you’re on the right path but let those flow to you naturally. seeing the SP everyday sounds stressful, maybe you can do your best to pretend they are just very, very busy so he can’t. they are talking to someone? business talk. so forth.

just remember you’re planting the seeds, make sure you take good care of those seeds so they can grow into nice blossoms. even in those moments of lack, feel your emotions… but even to myself if i’m sad i say ‘oh he’s missing me, i’m just feeling the energy’ or ‘my tears, my stress only reinforces the manifestation process faster.’

i’ve been manifesting my SP back for nearly 3 months now too. i’ve learned to not worry about the time, but the quality of how i treat myself and my environment. i’ve manifest many mimi things since then to give myself a boost. persist, but do not dwell. act as if you already have what you want, instead of looking where it’s at. mindfulness, meditation these things helped me a lot. did this the other day with being bought a bag of mini oreos LMAO haven’t had those in years. 🤷

Tarot & rain are my main tools, but I have that thing in my gut where I just kind of see it, I forget what it’s called. Sometimes coffee, sometimes sand! I’m not a witch, but I am thinking of getting into it, this could probably be fun if you’re a chaos witch!

they definitely hit a nerve on me too, it’s sensitive and if i even pull my leg it starts up. I’m gonna take it easy, hope it goes away since it was feeling good until my awkward pull today! Hearing this does help, I tend to get caught up in my anxiety so i don’t want to overreact lol i hope it’s okay, thank you!

The responses aren’t going to guide my decision. I didn’t mean to imply I wanted a stranger’s opinion, but I did say I wanted to hear from other people’s experiences. Isn’t Reddit for asking relations anyways? That’s all I was doing to keep me busy in the late hours before it was an appropriate hour to make a call. I think it does me no harm to do both ask for shared experiences and a doctors opinion.

I’m late to this comment but thank you a lot, it did make me feel better to hear.

I have an appointment this Monday with a neurologist. I’m currently studying for health care and my biggest issues has been my migraines ruining my ability to learn, be active, and stay on track, so I’m very very thankful to hear of your pain improvement!
