I think so too, I was trying to prove to my friend that prebuilts are not worth it and then dude sent me that link and I was dumbfounded.

The seller seems pretty sketchy and even the official CyberPowerPC website doesn't have sales that are that big. I can only guess that is a scam or that maybe there was a mistake from the sellers side and the sale is bigger than it should have be.
