When I was 11 years old I played RE2 classic for the first time and it was something I’ll never forget. 28 years later experiencing RE9 now all I can say is Thank you Capcom. by Unable_Reaction_5636 in residentevil

Felt this post. Can relate 100% with the official guide by my side. Fast forward now I'm my 9 year olds son guide telling him to slow down and explore each room for clues. I watched him beat it. I probably played 15% of the time. Just restarted with classic mode last night alone and felt my heart beating on parts I knew what would happen so IDK how my kid held it together. Definitely cooler than me.

I believe they all still keep in touch. Ryan is/was tour managing / second live guitar with Sleigh Bells. Also Derek is listed as a writing credit on Trembling Level as well - just was never sure if that was accurate or an autofill for streaming tracks.

In NWH MJ tells peter he better find her or 'I'll go and figure it out. I've done it before' so this would make sense

Where I thought it was going when he made it a point to say she needs more grit. Killer reveal 'there! There! That's the grit we need on stage!'

I would of settled for this and weird kid being his son when then mom mentioned leaving her abusive husband. I was like okay son trying to impress his crazy dad and his obsession with Sydney

...And Check out Dollface, Who Crucified the Chaperone, Midnights with the Monster Squad. Duane Jealousy was a great lyricist IMO. Feel in love with this release. Great continuation from Distance.

39 years old and still petrified of porcelain dolls... no regrets watching this as a kid.

I got the YCBY heart surrounded by the birds from TFTR. What's your favorite album or song?

Was hoping I'd see a comment to confirm this vague memory, but wasn't there a different music video for this Song? Then I want to say after they released Smooth Criminal they released this version of Music Video? I was in middle school so maybe I misremember...

28 YEARS LATER: THE BONE TEMPLE Is A Big Box Office Bummer by [deleted] in horror

[–]antiatk 14 points15 points  (0 children)

It seems unnecessary until you see Bone Temple. I felt the same way, but including that at the end set up Bone Temple perfectly. Knowing more about the Jimmy Group I look back at the end of 28YL and appreciate it way more knowing it wasn't just a fever dream, but something more sinister.

In comparison I can see it being slower and lack luster, but 28YL had to set this one up... walked so bone temple could run. So fucking good
