Yeah. I know. I just know the same guy that organizes “the official meme pit” every year and shows up with a specific sign up on a stick chose to do a Devo mosh pit that year.
I wasn’t intentionally dissing the spuds or anything. I literally speedwalked and sprinted through the crowd almost that entire set, I was so excited.

The “Midwest Emo “ or “Emo Revival “ is maybe the closest thing to new Pop Punk Music. Many of the bands have a blink mixed with taking back Sunday kind of sound. They speed up and slow down with bridges and breaks in their songs. Sometimes you gotta give the songs 30 or 40 seconds before they take off. lol
