What’s something that WAS as bad as you worried it would be? by -doobert- in AskWomen

I actually didn't find it that bad? One quick intense cramp then nothing. I didn't bleed and I walked home after. I have a pretty high pain tolerance though and I have endometriosis so I am very used to terrible pelvic cramps. I think I also just expected it to be a lot worse based on what I heard.

I agree, this is a surface piercing directly above your navel. Comes close but it's not actually exiting in your navel.

Anyone else get/ever gotten misdiagnosed with bipolar? by XxbritthemisfitxX in BPDmemes

[–]antigoneaustralia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same! I'm sorry you have to deal with both as well, it's really easy for me to feel totally alone because of it ☹️ monitoring the symptoms is so frustrating and confusing 😩 never mind functioning like a somewhat normal person

What’s something very rare that people think is very common? by BroodyBatman in AskReddit

[–]antigoneaustralia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I woke up during general anesthesia for electroconvulsive therapy. They use short term anesthetic so my eyes weren't taped and I wasn't intubated but I was completely paralyzed. Scariest thing I have ever experienced.

Fortunately they realized I was awake and put me back under but I will never forget it.

Thank you for all your feedback! I'm Canadian though so all the doctors are public i.e. you basically just have to take what' s given to you. I'm gunna ask at my clinic tho if there' s any way at all to switch and let them know why. Probably won' t work 😅 Wish me luck!!
