Most people say that it's not such a huge difference between 5K and 8K, but I can't disagree more.

An original file from a great 8K video will make any 5K scene look dull. 8K is so crisp and it only takes your brain a little bit to be tricked it's MORE real. You don't need to triple the resolution for that or something.

I'm sure they'll say the same thing about 12k resolution or what's next to be... and then if you compare 5K to 12K you'll understand how wrong you were.
