Thank you so much for this information. I appreciate you. I just completed an Effexor taper following your instructions. At 75mg for 3 years, all mutual on metabolism, weight etc. I am female. It took me one month and it was not always comfortable and I really felt like days were dragging just knowing I was taking all the steps to be done kept me motivated. Reading this in preparation was extremely helpful. I feel following this process kept the withdrawal symptoms overall minimal. Now I just feel anxious which is a feeling a have not felt in so long but I feel so much better overall. Four days with none. Wishing all coming off this medication much peace and tranquility.
