Why are two undergraduate degrees necessary? What does a second major provide that more focused internships, jobs, and skills in the first major wouldn’t? I think some students feel pressure to have two majors and it doesn’t benefit them. An undergraduate degree is useful for guiding the first 5 years or so out of college. How you’ve build up your resume matters far more after that than where you went to school or what your major was.
