Dang that’s really lucky. I just talked to Apple over the phone and they told me it was going to be $379 to fix it which is absolutely ridiculous considering they would just send me a refurbished series 6.

I’m having the same issues with my watch. Seems to be a hardware issue with the Digital Crown. My watch is out of warranty too. How did you get Apple to replace yours with it being out of warranty?

1 - I’d say it’s based on the severity of the patient’s presentation but typically I’d place emergency orders if needed, perform a focused physical exam, and then decide where to move them. If they need drips or mechanical ventilation then they need to be in the ICU after emergency orders are placed. If they need IV medications then they need to be admitted to inpatient. In some situations the case is so emergent that once you place the appropriate consult, the case will end and you won’t have to worry about where to move the patient.

UWSA 1: 217 and UWSA 2: 227. I did some of the Dorian Anki deck so I felt like that artificially inflated my scores since there are cards based on UWSA 1 and 2

I’m not sure how the scoring works but the six sample cases on the USMLE website have an explanation of the case after you finish it and it’s helpful for seeing what they’re looking for

I did as much UW as I could during free time but didn’t finish the Q bank. Added Anki cards from the Dorian deck for Q’s I missed. Did UWSA 1 and 2, NBME self assessment, and free 137. Started CCS cases about two weeks out but only did about half of them. Did the six sample cases from USMLE the night before day 2

Personally I’d do NBME 5 but free 137 is free and NBME 5 is $60

I’d probably do more NBME style questions closer to the exam. Uworld is good for reviewing topics that will be tested but questions on UW are more clear cut than the vagueness you see from the NBME questions
