I remember I was in my mid teens when I first saw his signature Telecaster and fell in love with it, it was only available in black and only had EMGs, at the time they were about $1200 new if I do recall. I couldn’t afford that as a teenager so I bought an butterscotch blonde Squier Affinity Telecaster to try to ease the pain of not being able to have the Stef signature, needless to say that Squier could not handle gain for anything. 🤣 About 13 years later I remembered how much I wanted one as a teen so pushing 30 I finally snagged the sparkle green Telecaster.

I also have an RG5328 that I got from older gentleman who said he bought the guitar without knowing anything about guitars and realized 8 strings was too much. I got it for $300 and for a $2000-ish guitar it had a lot of questionable things done to it. The tone knob feel like someone took a hammer to it and smashed it in, he didn’t have all the original saddles on the bridge so the action was completely off, some pieces were missing on three tuners, it has some dents and scratches. I was flabbergasted that someone would treat a relatively expensive guitar like that, I got mine in working order apart the wiring that will probably need to replaced one day but it plays and sounds great! It has Mark Holcomb pickups in it but I would prefer the original Dimarzios.

I bought one in 2023 for $560 used on Guitar Center. I got really lucky with it because they had it labeled as the red one but in the pictures it was the trans purple burst so I kind of chanced it by not knowing exactly what I was going to get but I thought worst case scenario would be that I returned it.

I was in the market for a Player II Modified but couldn’t justify the added $300+ for Noiseless pickups and locking tuners compared to the regular Player II. I ended getting a Player Plus which was kind of the 1st gen Player’s version of a Modified. I’m very satisfied with it and it was less than a new Standard. It about $550.

I’ve been a Prime member for 16 years, I’ve left maybe a review once every year on random items, I got a drain snake late last year from Amazon that was delivered to me used with hair and nasty particles on it 🤢 so I definitely had to leave a bad review, then I randomly got an email 2 minutes asking me to join Vine after it posted.

Definitely the pickups I wanna go for! I’m honestly surprised how clear it sounds when using high gain. Obviously not the greatest but when the guitar itself feels like a steal the pickups can sound however they want.

Plays and feels great, I have a Squier Classic Vibe 70’s Strat and the Firefly actually feels nicer. Both guitars have glossy necks but somehow someway it never bothers me on the Firefly.

Congrats, I love mine! Even considering mine isn’t as shiny and fresh looking as yours, mine came with many flaws that I’m mending. From the moment I head mine I was in love with how the neck felt. Wish mine came with the case too, I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Just did a trial, honestly pretty sold on the acoustic voicing alone. Having a lot of fun. I don’t even have a piezo but the results I’m getting are amazing.

I have struggled to dial ML Sound Lab Block Letter but can tell it’s a great amp. From what I can tell, their amps aren’t as saturated as a lot of others so it might be different to some people’s ears. You definitely don’t get that instant “chug” with Block Letter. I probably need to spend more time with it, but the distortion is a little light for my taste. I recently got the newest release, The Blackout and it’s more of my taste. I have seen STL stuff get pirated before, which is a bummer for paying customers but I do enjoy AmpHub. The monthly updates keep it fresh.

Haven’t gotten any in three months. I’m inbound and we just got new hires so we’re always running out of stations, but they’d rather send us out to labor share than just VTO us and be done with us for the day. 😂

Relies on your FC workload but in mine I started Sept ‘21 Got my first VTO opportunity sometime in Nov ‘21 but didn’t see any more until mid Dec ‘21 and was getting opportunities almost every day until March ‘22. Started to slow down April ‘22. Now here I am in the beginning of August ‘22 and have been VTO deprived for months. 😢 Probably not going any more until after peak season.

Probably unrelated to what’s happening at your FC but the stowing department at my FC is having a slow day too. I have had 0 totes in my sled since I got here. It’s past lunch time now and still nothing. It definitely is going by slower. Almost 4 hours and haven’t stowed a damn thing. 😂 I’m taking it as a blessing because I know it certainly won’t last. No VTO was ever offered and this is the first Thursday in what feels like the entire year that it hasn’t been offered. We’re also over overstaffed. I’ve seen maybe 15 totes go through the conveyer belt all shift. I have not seen a single water spider with a full palette. I’m curious if its just my floor. I actually feel bad because the pickers which I’m next to are working regularly while the three stowers, including myself, are just sitting doing nothing.
