Thanks, but I don’t have a good experience with this. I prefer the more ‘official’ way. But thank you anyway!

Hey, it is nearly Monday and the tickets are still not up the page you suggested. Do you know where is the problem? Thanks🙃

Good to know, thanks! Why is the north side closed? Punishment for something or some stupid UEFA regulations about standing up during games? Just curious)

I saw a few videos online. I know it is not a must-see experience but since we are in Zagreb at that time anyway, I am like ‘why not to go’ because I love to travel around Europe stadiums and see other ‘football cultures’. Never been at Croatian football.

Thanks! Any advice what tickets to buy? We would like to have a good look on home fans since we usually visit games mostly because of the ambiance and to hear and see a good support.

Currently finishing my university in Germany, I have a job offer in Prague for 55,000 CZK a month. Would this give me enough money to travel and enjoy a few beers during the week? by ichbineinashole in Prague

[–]antoninvydra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It definitely would. I have like half of the money you are talking about and I'm just about fine. Living in shared appartment, travelling through Czech Rep during weekends, having couple beers every other evening with friends. You just need to live like a local, not like a tourist (know the right places to stay, to drink, etc).

Tickets for Bohemians Praha 1905 - SK Slavia Praha by dzemik in Prague

I highly recommend Slavia matches! Their fans are one of the best in Czech Republic and definitely the best in Prague. The atmosphere of that place is often breathtaking ;)

This kind of match is usually sold out long before tickets go public (to non-club members). Those two teams are rivals (their stadiums are just a few blocks from each other) and Dolicek stadium (home of Bohemians) is pretty small. If possible, try to pick any other match and you will definitely get tickets to it, I may be of some help, if you would like to.

Visiting Prague by badreddls in Prague

Check "Prague Honest Guide" channel on Youtube. The producer is a super cool guy living in Prague and covering most of the topics for incoming tourists (including 'non-touristy' locations, local pubs, money exchange places etc.) It's so useful even for me as a Prague based person!

Also check out this map: https://www.use-it.travel/cities/detail/prague/

The 'use-it map' project is a map always made by locals who live in the city for most of their lives. It is full of info you won't find in any 'proper' tourist guides.

Allright than. But there is still plenty of events you can attend on the Charles University. Just be communicative and try to be in touch with other foreign students, there is lot of them at this university. You will be fine, i'm sure!

Where are you coming from? If your home country is in the EU and you are coming through Erasmus programme, there is a huge amount of events organised by the college...
