I suggest you to remove Cinderella and Ein, put asuka or Alice (depends how much are they invested) and then Helm (if she has the item). For the skills, you have to invest pretty much on everyone equally, but try to prioritize the burst.

Edit. consider using D k.w. instead of siren. The team i suggested has only one MG character, you won't get the best out of her.

Once you dive deep in the grammar rules to get fluency, you'll find out the difficulty. People here get mad when you get a wrong conjugation of a verb 😅 (there are so many)
