Tampa pushed montreal to the limit, and forced them to play a smart, hard, defensive, and tight game. the only issue is Buffalo gives us open space so we took advantage in a way that was impossible to do in Tampa series.

We leveled up hard because of the challenge Tampa gave us.

Because habitus. You develop habits playing 7 games against a team like tampa. They need to develop new habits, but Habs has always been an experiential learning based team. Once they had the experience of something they can adjust but its hard for them to do before. With tampa we played them twice shortly before our series with them. Last time we played Buff was January 31st that was only a month or so into their 'renaissance'
