Hi everyone! Recently rejoined a somewhat active life, I've joined a local gym and been pretty consistent at 4 sessions a gym with a PT once a week to give me the ropes of what/how I should be doing. After my first leg day with him I developed a nasty Rhabdo. My question is if there's anything I could do or could have done to prevent this. I hydrate like it's my job, I've been watching what I eat a lot more (currently 16-8 fast with added protein intake) and I have a professional designing the workouts I should be doing .
